When you sign up for RawDialog, we collect only the information you provide: your email address and a password (stored as a salted hash — we never see your plaintext password).
We do not collect your name, phone number, billing address, or any personal information beyond your email.
Your chat conversations with RawDialog AI models are stored locally in your account to provide continuity of service. We do not train AI models on your conversations. We do not sell or share your chat data with third parties.
When you use an end-to-end encrypted model (E2EE Venice Uncensored), your conversations are encrypted and cannot be read by RawDialog or any intermediary.
All payments are processed through Stripe. We never see, store, or handle your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data. We only receive confirmation of your payment status (paid/unpaid).
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.
Your account data and conversations are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support, which will remove all your data within 30 days.
